Vision

The vision shared by management is to provide world-class service and products to the people in Botswana. The vision is to raise the game to new heights – and to put Botswana on the global investment map so that we, too, can be considered part of the global market place.

The vision is to elevate Botswana by elevating Batswana – to educate the nation, and to teach our people how to operate in global markets in the same capacity as what is custom in developed markets – and to do it better. We want to have an educated, skillful nation that is able to control her own wealth – and in doing so – control her own destiny. We are Batswana, and we aspire to build a world-class investment management firm.

We have a strict policy of first employing people of Botswana, and training our own in skills that will enable them to hold positions in senior management, anywhere in the world.
