Corporate Culture

Legae Investors’ corporate culture is characterized by a strong sense of independence, entrepreneurial spirit and the pursuit of excellence within the investment management industry. Personnel are required to question conventional thinking in the pursuit of value.

As the executive management are the primary owners of the business, their drive for the success of the business pervades the corporate culture and those that work with them. Hierarchical structures are intentionally absent and the staff is given every opportunity to prosper both as individuals and as members of their respective teams. Accountability and responsibility of individuals is expected and a performance culture and environment is competitive and constructive is fostered. The development of staff and the allocation of additional responsibility are based upon a demonstration of willingness and competency.
